One viewer of my photo of today, 6/11/08, said my photo looks fuzzy http://anitabower.aminus3.com/
It does not look fuzzy on my monitor. I sized it as I usually do: 800 for longest length, in this case horizontal, which made the vertical 544; resolution 72.

Can anyone help me out here?

    Thanks,
    Anita

    Hi Anita,
You picture looks beautiful although it is not as sharp as your other photos and I don't think it's a function of a monitor. I'm not an expert in this and resizing for the web, picking proper settings (I'm using Photoshop CS3) is sometimes quite confusing. You can find a lot of information about this topic on the web, but i found this one particularly informative: http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/image-resize-for-web.htm. Check it out and I hope it will help.

    Roman:
Thanks for the link. I'll check it out tomorrow. I've been avoiding reading up on this topic as I'd rather be taking pictures, but, it seems I must face up to it now. :-)
