What about (optionally) integrating with googlemaps? Like this blog: http://monochrome.me.uk/blog/index.php?x=googlemap

I think it a great idea too. You can read about it here. I am not convinced that AM3 could cope with the setup of each person's map. Integrating would be easy, but who would personalise it? Personalisaton such as finding the correct latitude and longitude would be too much of a headache for our busy Am3 guys I imagine.

We've considered adding Google map integration before. It is a cool feature, especially for people who travel and post photos from many different locations.

One thing we'd like to promote more on Aminus3 is the diverse geographic places that we see each day. The map overlay is certainly one way to do this.

For starters, it would be helpful to get people to tag their photos by location. You can put a city and country as a tag and even the GPS coordinates (in preparation for some map integration in the future).

Love it. I'd also like some help in how to geotag the photos : as their is quite a debate on the easiest way to geotag a set of photos. Nikon is ahead on this, than Canon - from what I can tell.
