Am3 Community - Local: Brussels Meet-up and Photo Walk - Saturday April 4 2pm

    Join me and Gert Ooms , for a photo walk in Brussels on Saturday April 4 at 2:00PM. We will meet up at the Cinquantenaire (underneath the arch) and take a stroll through the Leopold Park and surrounding Art Nouveau style neighborhoods and onto the unique buildings of the European Commission. The walking route should take around 4 hours which will hopefully put us into some nice golden afternoon light. This walk is open to all Aminus3 members as well as any other interested photobloggers or photographers that can come out.

    We have already had confirmation from several Belgian based photobloggers -
    this is a good opportunity to meet new people and learn from some talented photographers

    Hi All,

    It was indeed a superb day. Meet the people behind the blogs, learn to know their visions, techniques and favorites blogs. Jason thanks for giving me the opportunity to co organize this together with you. Thanks to all participants, aminus 3 members and others.

    I've published one of my first pictures on my blog (since I'm not yet moved over to am3, still discussing with Jason), here's the link http://www.krimsonline.be/2009/04/06/underneath-the-arch-brussels-photowalk-1, "Underneath the arch". For those who are interested in the technique, it's 3 exposure -2, +2 and a normal metering taken thru photomatix and reworked with Capture NX2.
