Not signed in (Sign In)

    Today I am not getting email notifications for comments and I have no idea why not. I have changed nothing on my end and have double checked my settings. I am curious if anyone else is having this problem? My email server seems to be working fine since I am getting other emails without any problems.

    Nobody has commented on my photo recently so I don't know, but I have been unable to upload any image since last night. I am getting the error page if I try to upload. I am also getting an error page when I try to send a mail to the helpdesk.

    Another instance of the problem. When I submitted the comment, it said a fatal error has occurred. It said the same when I resubmitted it. Later I found the comment has been posted twice. :-(

    Yes me too with regards to this actually posting. I got an error message when I submitted and I suppose it was related to the email problem. The email problem has been corrected it seems since I've been getting subsequent emails but all the earlier comments to my post for today did not get any email notifications.

    Yesterday, a few comments were getting through. Then they stopped altogether. Could not post photos on Saturday, problem with email notification started Sunday.

    You'll see that I've started posts (three, one after another, when I thought it wasn't posting) on the same theme, and have not got email notification either in the last couple of days. Jason has replied. Take a look.

    As Jason had mentioned in another thread, that we are working to move the email server to a new server, I want to let you all know that this migration is complete and emails should be working smoothly. It also means that in the event of our web-site failures, you should be able to contact support by emailing us at support [AT] aminus3.com
