    Hey guys,

    I'm planning a Photo Shoot Out on 20th Nov 2008. It's gonna be held in Melbourne Australia! The Greatest City in the world! (to me anyway)

    It's gonna be a time to meet up with people, and hang out. There might be a challenge and some prizes to be won. Please contact me if you're interested!

    Hahah, Not sure Melb is better than Sydney :o), I would have liked to have come down to debate it hahah... I have something on that weekend or would have flown down. Thanks for letting us know and have an awesome time on the Melb. photo shoot day Alvin! Look forward to the images from the day!

    Meeting Point: Melbourne City State Libary
    Objective: Photo Shoot. Having Fun! Meeting new people! Discover Melbourne!

    So get ready for a day of FUN with your cameras!


    Contact Alvin 0433142522 [please save my number so that you can contact me on that day] (mr.alvinwong@gmail.com) to show interest. Anyone can come along as long as you have a digital camera. It's gonna be sorta like a game thing, with a few themes for you to shoot. Best 2 photos of the day wins either a SD card or a CF card + free lunch at one of our sponsor's cafe.

    Photos will be posted as well on aminus3.com after the event, and we'll all link each other so that we can really see what we've taken for that day! Cool?


    Any quesetions, just shoot them over to me! =)

    *To join, All you need is a Digital Camera. Doesn't matter what kind. SLR or Point And Shoot!

    Ahh. Fabulous idea Alvin. Timing is terrible for those that can't get away from work. I wish you all a wonderful time. I am sorry I cannot be with you. Perhaps a weekend sometime in the future?

    Hey Alvin I can't make it this time... Cannot take a holiday from work... Too bad for me... I would have loved to join you guys if it was a weekend... Hope you guys have fun... Let us know if we can have a photo shoot on a weekend in near future...

    Aminus3 Photo Shoot Out 2008

    *UPDATE*

    Since the weather today wasn't that great, I've decided to extend this "Shoot Out" untill the 27th Nov 2008. And anyone can enter. As long as the photos are on Aminus3.com.

    And here's what you need to do;
    - Post your best photos up for 7 days on your aminus3 site, and come here to link it at the comment section (So I can go find it).
    - Those who came out today have a higher chance of winning. BUT I have extended even more prizes out.
    - Photos need to be from Australia ONLY (You can join as long as it's photos of Australia)
    - A short story/caption has be tagged wtih each photo

    So, Alvin, how about publishing the winners of your competition HERE - their names, their entries, and their prizes. Not to do so seems irresponsible and disrespectful to the aminus3 members who HELPED you get it underway. For all we know, you might have unethical reasons for staging the competition - spamming, "borrowing" members' images for some purpose they aren't aware of, etc. To ignore this request will only confirm you are not on the level.

    hahaha thats funnie. lols. but yea... seeing that there wasn't alot of people that took part, i just emailed the winners. lol. but yea... there were only 3 winners all up. heck.. including you... there was about a grand total of 6-8 entries? LOL

    if you wanna say disappointment? how did u think i feel? but non the less... i'll post up the winning entries.
