    How do I add a link to another one of my images or to another website?
  1.
    use the URL tag available on the entry boxes. you get something like [url=http://yoursite.com]yoursite[/url]

  2.
    On my profile page I only seem to be able to link to one other website using the method described above.

    Once I try adding more than one link, the system goes mad and tries to make more text than it should part of the URL which means none of it works and I end up with lots of lines of general non-url text highlighted in green instead of just the URL itself.

    I'd really appreciate it if anyone can help with this problem.

    Thanks so much Aaron!

    That worked straight away and I wish I'd asked earlier now.

    For some reason the url tag does not work for me on my about page, I have tried it several times. I high light the text click on url tags shows up but the link does not show.
    Any thoughts?

    Never mind I copied the code from here and tried it and all seems to work, I need to re-read instructions.
    Being dyslexic does not help ..

    Jason & Arron, any chance we can get this put somewhere on the site as every time we run a challenge we get asked this question in a lot of emails, it would be good to reference it somewhere if possible? Thanks guys.

    I'm trying to make "clickable" links to my Twitter & MySpace account andhaving the same problem. I cannot see Aaron's solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Dave

    This seems to occur when the URL tag is not formatted quite right.
    The problem seems to be in your case that you have not put the link inside the URL tag

    You currently have this
    [url=http]http://davemacintyre.aminus3.com[/url]

    and it should look like
    [url=http://davemacintyre.aminus3.com]http://davemacintyre.aminus3.com[/url]

    Notice the link is both in the URL tag and between the tags (anything between the tags is what gets displayed on your page so you could put any arbitrary text there but the link has to be in the URL tag) for example - you could also do something like
    [url=http://davemacintyre.aminus3.com]Dave's Photoblog[/url]

    Hope that helps - if you are still having problems, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@aminus3.com

    cheers,
    Jason

    That worked beautifully! Thanks Jason!

    I'm trying to fine tune my account and have a question related to the instruction above, but can't locate exactly where I make this change.

    I want to link my blog here. I've looked under the acct. options....under profile, settings, about and links. I can't seem to find anywhere to do this....I don't see my URL tag either. Maybe looking too hard:))

    Thanks for your direction!
